Frequently Asked Questions
-
Do You Carry Out Insurance Repairs?
Yes, we carry out insurance repairs and are independent of any insurer, so we always act in your best interests. We use Audatex, the industry-approved estimating software, and are experienced in handling all aspects of the insurance administration process on your behalf. -
What Happens If The Accident Was Not My Fault?
If you were not at fault, we can provide you with an estimate to pass on to the responsible party or their insurer. Alternatively, we can refer you to a specialist who will manage the entire claim against the third-party insurer, including arranging a hire vehicle and recovering any losses, removing the administrative burden from you completely.

Do I Need To Book An Appointment For An Estimate?

How Long Will My Repair Take?
The time needed depends on the extent of the damage and the nature of the repair required. We will always give you a clear timescale when we provide your quotation, so you know exactly what to expect before any work begins.

-
Do You Carry Out Welding?
